Claridge Court, a Lifespace Community

Claridge Court, a Lifespace Community

Goal: Create a website that speaks less about the business and more about the senior living resident - the client wanted to take a people-first approach, which is different from all of the senior living communities' websites out there today. Process: We had a massive team working on this project, as the client had 12 communities. I was assigned this community and wrote all of the copy on this website using their brand standards and my creative skills to achieve something truly unique.

Goal: The client needed an updated website. Process: I led the content strategy from start to finish. I came up with the sitemap, content outlines, led client interviews, and wrote all of the content on this website. I also onboarded and reviewed the work of a fellow strategist who collaborated with me on the other website that was part of this project, Savvy Insurance (next slide). I also collaborated with fellow team members in other departments (project management, design, SEO)

Goal: The client needed an updated website Process: I led the content strategy for this website project from kickoff to go live/post-launch QA. I created the sitemap, conducted client interviews, created content outlines and executed the writing with help of a fellow content strategist, whose work I reviewed and gave feedback on.

Pella of Omaha & Lincoln

Pella of Omaha & Lincoln

Goal: Client wanted to build a website from scratch and wanted to reimagine their website so that it didn't look like it was copied and pasted from pella.com. Process: I led the content strategy for this website project from kickoff to go live/post-launch QA. I created the sitemap, conducted client interviews, and created content outlines with guidelines which were given to the client to write their copy. I collaborated with the client & team members across departments throughout this project.

Citrus Spine Institute

Citrus Spine Institute

Goal: Optimize the entire website to help drive traffic. Process: We split up the services and conditions pages throughout the year to ensure we slowly but surely optimized every page. Using SEO research, content best practices, and the insights we had from Google Analytics, I restructured & rewrote all of the services and conditions pages. These pages are now seeing improved performance across the board.

Goal: An updated website that rang true of their brand voice. Process: I led the content strategy for this website project from start to finish, which entailed interviewing the client, creating the sitemap and webpage structure/content outlines based on content best practices along with the client's goals and their audience's needs. The client wrote the copy, and then I reviewed it with a fine-toothed comb, proofing and editing their work.

Goal: Client had a brand refresh and needed a website to match. Process: I led the content strategy for this project from start to finish. This included conducting client interviews and using their goals to inform the content strategy for their website refresh. I advised on best practices to ensure the end result aligned with their goals. To achieve this, I reworked the sitemap and created content outlines, collaborating with the client every step of the way.

Goal: An updated website that looks and feels trustworthy. Process: I led the content strategy from start to finish on this project. This entailed conducting client interviews to learn their goals and creating a sitemap and content outlines for them to use as a guide for their copywriting.

BLOG WRITING

Recent blog written while working at Spinutech for one of our clients, AgencyBloc.

Goal: Thought leadership. 

Process: Client chose the topic and gave me free reign to research and come up with the content. I utilized SEO keywords throughout the copy to ensure we were also driving traffic to this piece.

Final result: A blog that is unlike most of the blogs out there today, featuring up-to-date information to help insurance professionals stay ahead of the curve regarding industry trends and changes.

Recent blog written while working at Spinutech for one of our clients, AgencyBloc.

Goal: Traffic/brand awareness. 

Parameters: Client chose the piece to optimize, and gave me free reign to update it. 

Strategy: I looked at GA to see how it was performing and identify which metrics to improve and conducted SEO research to ensure we were reaching the target audience. Then, update the piece accordingly.

Final result: This piece has been in their top five highest performing blogs for the past two years, since it was optimized.

Goal: Traffic/Conversions. 

Process: Utilized a content brief and SEO research created by other team members to craft this piece. 

Final result: A well-written blog that meets client brand standards and voice while also incorporating various keywords to drive traffic. Our blogs continue to be the top driver for conversions across all of this client's websites.

Recent blog written while working at Spinutech for one of our clients - Kimball & Beecher.

Goal: Traffic/brand awareness. 

Process: I conducted SEO research as I created the quarterly content strategy for this client. This topic was a good opportunity to write a blog on to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Final result: A well-written blog that meets client brand standards and voice while also incorporating various keywords to drive traffic.

Process: Conducted SEO research as I created the quarterly content strategy for this client. This topic was a good opportunity to write a blog on to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Final result: A well-written blog that meets client brand standards and voice while also incorporating various keywords to drive traffic.

Recent blog written while working at Spinutech for one of our clients - Pella.

Goal: Brand awareness. 

Process: Pella was featured on this bloggers website. I emailed the blogger to ask for permission to user her photos and story as a feature piece on the website, which Pella hasn't done much of before. 

Final result: Taking this and running with it, I used my storytelling skills to paint the picture of what it is like to work with Pella inspired by this customer story.

Goal: Traffic/brand awareness. 

Process: I conducted SEO research to help me create the quarterly content strategy for this client. This topic was a good SEO opportunity to drive traffic and increase brand awareness. There is also only so much you can say about retail packaging, so this was a unique angle that kept the content fresh.

Final result: A well-written blog that meets client brand standards and voice while also incorporating various keywords to drive traffic.
